Janitorial-grade post construction cleaning for general contractors, builders, and developers. We remove construction dust, clean every surface, and prepare your building for occupancy — on your schedule, every time.
Post-construction cleaning is the commercial cleaning performed after construction or renovation work finishes, to bring a building to handover standard. It removes construction dust, film, adhesive and installation residue from floors, glass, casework, fixtures and restrooms so the space can pass inspection and be occupied. On commercial projects it is normally carried out in stages — rough cleaning during construction, final cleaning once the finishing trades are off site, and a turnover pass immediately before inspection.
The stages and related scopes, in the order they occur on a commercial project:
Post construction cleaning is the thorough janitorial cleaning of a building after construction or renovation work is complete. Construction work leaves behind significant amounts of dust, light debris, and soiled surfaces throughout the property. Professional post construction cleaning returns each area to a clean condition ahead of the client walkthrough, scheduled inspection, or building handoff.
For general contractors and developers, post construction cleaning is the critical final step before a property receives its certificate of occupancy, passes a client walkthrough, or opens for business. Post Construction Cleaners NV delivers this service at a commercial scale — handling everything from small tenant improvements to large ground-up developments across Nevada.
Post construction cleaning is essential for any construction project preparing for occupancy or client handoff. Our primary clients include:
We begin with a site walk to confirm scope and assess conditions. Crews remove all fine dust, surface particles, and trash from every room and common area. This establishes a clean working environment for the detail cleaning phases that follow.
Our crews work from the ceiling down — dusting and HEPA vacuuming all overhead surfaces, walls, ledges, and fixtures before moving to floors. All hard surfaces, cabinets, countertops, restrooms, and kitchens are then cleaned methodically using professional-grade janitorial solutions.
A systematic final pass is completed using our documented room-by-room checklist. Every area is reviewed before the project lead conducts a walkthrough with the GC or superintendent. We don't leave until the work is approved and signed off.
Contractors across Nevada choose Post Construction Cleaners NV because we operate with commercial property discipline. We coordinate with your superintendent, document our scope, arrive on schedule, and deliver results that protect your reputation with your client and pass inspection every time.
Every post construction cleaning job includes a completed scope checklist that contractors can include in their project closeout package. Certificates of insurance naming the project owner as additional insured are available upon request.
