Post Construction Cleaning Services in Nevada

Every scope is written for contractors, builders and developers delivering commercial construction. We work as a scheduled trade against your schedule and close out with a documented walkthrough.

Built for Nevada's Commercial Sectors

Nevada's construction economy runs on hospitality and gaming in the south, logistics and manufacturing along the I-80 corridor, and mining support across the north-east. We scope each of them differently.

A Scheduled Trade, Not an Afterthought

The final clean sits directly on the critical path to occupancy. We treat it that way.

๐Ÿ“‹

Scope Agreed in Writing

Finish types, square footage, access windows and the turnover date are confirmed before mobilization, so nothing is disputed at handover.

๐Ÿงญ

Sequenced With Your Trades

We work against your schedule and phase by area where it helps, rather than waiting until every other trade has left the building.

๐Ÿ”

Documented Sign-Off

A joint walkthrough at close-out produces a record your project file can carry into the turnover package.

๐Ÿงด

Finish-Appropriate Methods

Stone, architectural glass, coated floors and millwork all behave differently. Methods are matched to what is actually installed.

Insured & Safety-Conscious

Insured crews working to site safety requirements, with project-specific insurance documentation available for approved projects.

๐Ÿ“

Honest About Coverage

We are a service-area business with no Nevada branch offices. Mobilization is planned into the schedule rather than pretended away.

How a Nevada Project Runs

1. Confirm

We review the project, agree the scope in writing, and fix the date against your inspection or occupancy target.

2. Execute

Crews work top-down with commercial HEPA equipment and methods matched to the finishes in the building.

3. Close Out

A documented walkthrough against the agreed scope closes the job and gives your project file a record.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from Nevada contractors and builders about commercial post construction cleaning.

What is commercial post-construction cleaning?
It is the cleaning performed after construction work finishes and before a commercial building is inspected, handed over or occupied. Scope is set per project and may include HEPA vacuuming, hard-surface and floor cleaning appropriate to the finish, restroom and break-area cleaning, wipe-down of casework, millwork and fixtures, interior glass, and removal of ordinary final-cleaning dust and residue. Exterior glass, elevated work and mechanical rooms are quoted separately where required.
Do you provide post-construction cleaning throughout Nevada?
Yes. We serve commercial construction projects across all 17 Nevada county-level jurisdictions and 114 communities statewide, from the Las Vegas Valley and the Reno-Sparks region through the Carson Valley, the I-80 industrial corridor and the northeastern and central Nevada mining belt.
Do you work directly with general contractors?
Yes. Most of our work comes through general contractors, builders, developers and construction managers. We coordinate with your superintendent, work as a scheduled trade against your schedule, and provide documentation of the cleaning scope performed. Certificates of insurance can be provided when required for an approved project.
What is included in final cleaning?
Final cleaning is the detailed pass immediately before the client walkthrough, inspection or turnover. It concentrates on the finishes that will be looked at closely โ€” glass, casework and millwork, fixtures, hard-surface floors and restrooms โ€” after the finishing trades have completed. The approved proposal defines exactly what is included.
Do you provide multi-phase cleaning during construction?
Yes. Rough cleaning during active construction controls dust for the finishing trades, and a final clean follows once those trades are complete. On larger or staged buildings we phase the work by area so completed sections can be released while the rest finishes.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
Pricing depends on square footage, the condition of the building at completion, the finishes installed, access and elevation, how many cleaning phases are needed, and the turnover date. We review the project before quoting rather than applying a flat rate per square foot.
What Nevada cities do you serve?
We serve 114 Nevada communities including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Enterprise, Paradise, Spring Valley, Sunrise Manor, Pahrump, Elko, Fernley, Mesquite, Boulder City, Laughlin, Winnemucca, Fallon and many more. The full list is on our service areas page.
Can post-construction cleaning be scheduled around a turnover date?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to work. We book against your inspection or occupancy date and plan backwards from it, including mobilization, rather than treating the clean as whatever time is left at the end.
Do you clean tenant improvement projects?
Yes. Tenant improvement and build-out cleaning inside occupied buildings is a regular part of our work. These projects usually run to a lease-commencement date and require controlled access, agreed working hours and containment so neighboring tenants are not affected.
Do you provide certificates of insurance when required for an approved project?
Yes. Project-specific insurance documentation can be provided when it is required for an approved project. Let us know the certificate holder and any additional-insured wording your contract requires.
Do you have offices in Nevada?
No. We are a service-area business and do not maintain branch offices in Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Carson City or anywhere else in Nevada. Projects are served from our corporate operation, with mobilization planned into the schedule for each job.
