Who We Work With

We work with general contractors, builders, developers, construction managers, project managers, superintendents and property and facility managers on commercial projects — offices, retail, restaurants, hotels, medical suites, warehouses, schools, civic buildings and industrial facilities. We do not provide residential housekeeping or ongoing janitorial service.

What to Include in a Quote Request

The more of this you can give us up front, the tighter the estimate and the smaller the contingency in it. Nothing here is mandatory — if you only have a building type and a date, send that and we will ask for the rest.

• Building type — office, warehouse, medical suite, hotel, retail unit, school, civic building
• Project address or at least the community, so we can plan mobilization
• Approximate square footage, and whether it is open floor or heavily partitioned
• Current stage — finishing trades in progress, substantially complete, punch list, ready now
• Target date for inspection, handover or occupancy
• Phasing — one handover, or floors and units released progressively
• Access constraints — parking, loading, lift availability, security screening, working hours
• Photos or a floor plan, which improve accuracy more than any other single item

What Happens After You Send It

We review the scope and come back with a written proposal naming what is included, what is excluded and what the price is based on. Debris hauling, trade damage repair and remediation are separate scopes and are identified as such rather than discovered at invoicing. If anything in your description changes the sequencing — a slipped trade, a phased release, elevated work — we will raise it before you commit to a date.
