What We Do

Post Construction Cleaners NV provides commercial post-construction cleaning and final cleaning for construction projects throughout Nevada. Our clients are general contractors, builders, developers, construction managers, superintendents, project managers, property managers and facility managers — the people responsible for getting a finished building through inspection and into occupancy on schedule.

We are a construction-sector cleaning contractor, not a housekeeping company. Our scope begins when the finishing trades are working and ends at the documented walkthrough that closes the job. Ongoing janitorial service after occupancy is a separate operational function that we do not provide.

Our Nevada Coverage

We serve commercial construction projects across all 17 Nevada county-level jurisdictions — 16 counties plus Carson City, a consolidated municipality and county equivalent — covering 114 communities. That spans the Las Vegas Valley, the Reno–Sparks region, the Carson Valley and Lake Tahoe shoreline, the I-80 industrial corridor through Fernley and Winnemucca, and the northeastern and central Nevada mining belt.

How We Work

Three things define how we approach a project:

• Scope agreed in writing before mobilization. Finish types, square footage, access windows, phasing and the turnover date are confirmed up front, so there is no dispute at handover about what was included.
• Sequenced as a scheduled trade. We work against your schedule rather than waiting for whatever time is left at the end. On larger or staged buildings we phase by area so completed sections can be released.
• Documented close-out. A joint walkthrough against the agreed scope produces a record your project file can carry into the turnover package.

What We Do Not Claim

We think it is worth being explicit about this, because a great deal of contractor-facing marketing is not. On this website you will not find invented project counts, fabricated client names, unverifiable award claims, invented years of Nevada operating history, or photographs presented as our own work when they are not. If a claim is not substantiated, it is not on the site.

What we do state: we are insured, we work with commercial-grade equipment and experienced crews, we can provide project-specific insurance documentation when it is required for an approved project, and we scope and close out every job in writing.
